IoT AI agent that calls when a device alerts.
Your platform fires the event, harmony.ai places the call, reaches a real person, takes a spoken acknowledgement, and writes the outcome back through the API.

A push notification does not wake anyone.
When a device fails at three in the morning, email and dashboards do not reach a person. harmony.ai calls until someone answers, and logs who acknowledged.
Built around the conversations your buyers actually have.
The plays your team runs every day - handled end to end by an AI voice agent built for your industry.
Explore the platform›An alert nobody acknowledged is not an alert
A connected fleet produces events all day, and the ones that matter get delivered the same way as the ones that do not: a push notification, an email, a badge on a dashboard. At three in the morning, when a freezer in a store goes out of range, a leak sensor trips in a vacant unit, or a standby generator fails its weekly test, none of those channels reliably reaches a human being. A ringing phone does.
harmony.ai takes the webhook from your platform and makes the call. It states what happened, where, and what the reading was, gets a spoken acknowledgement, and moves down the escalation rota if there is no answer, on the interval you set. The acknowledgement, the timestamp, the recording and the transcript all go back into your system, so the audit trail shows who was told what and when rather than that a notification was dispatched.
The human calls around the hardware
Installation and activation scheduling for anything that needs a person on site. Pre-dispatch triage, which is where most of the money is: a two-minute call that walks a customer through a power cycle, a reseat or a connectivity check avoids a truck roll that would otherwise be booked, driven and billed. Consumable and battery replacement outreach before a sensor goes dark. RMA and warranty intake. Connectivity and subscription renewals across a fleet too large for anyone to phone by hand. Maintenance window notifications to affected sites.
Triggered by your platform, not by a person
The rules stay where they belong, in your system. harmony.ai is the outbound leg: API in, call out, structured result back. It scales with the alert volume rather than with your on-call headcount, which matters most on exactly the night when everything fails at once.
