Lead reactivation for auto dealerships
Unsold ups, dead internet leads and owners nearing lease-end are buyers your store already paid to find. Harmony.ai works those lists on your script, restarts the conversation, books the appointment and honors every opt-out.

Lost leads and lease maturities nobody has time to call
Every store has a CRM full of shoppers who almost bought. The showroom up who drove the hybrid, liked it and left to think it over. The internet lead from four months ago who answered twice and then went silent. Nobody marks these as lost on purpose. They fall behind the new leads, because a BDC rep paid on appointments will always call the fresh lead before the cold one, and the old lists rarely get worked past the second attempt.
The owned customer book is worse off, because it is the most valuable list in the building and the least called. Lease maturities show up on a report, pull-ahead and equity-mining lists get exported, and declined service sits on closed repair orders. Each list needs a long run of patient calls with a specific reason to talk. A BDC working the day's inbound calls and fresh leads might make a dent in one of those lists a month.
How the agent works an old lead list without burning it
You choose the list and the reason to call: a new shipment of the model they drove, a lease-end offer, a recall notice or a declined repair. Harmony.ai calls each contact on that script, opens with the specific reason and listens for whether things have changed. It asks what they ended up doing, whether they still have the trade they mentioned, and what would bring them back in. People who already bought elsewhere are marked so nobody calls them again about the same car.
Interested contacts get a consultant appointment, a lease-end review or a service visit booked on the call, and the agent can warm-transfer a ready buyer while the store is open. Anyone who says stop calling is suppressed on the spot. The agent can dial an entire list in an afternoon, but cadence, retry spacing and calling windows are rules your managers set, so a list gets a few respectful attempts rather than a daily barrage.
Reactivation outcomes written back to the customer record
Results go back to your CRM and DMS, with Dealertrack, CDK Global and Tekion as examples, through an integration we build for your store. Each contact gets a reactivation disposition (bought elsewhere, still shopping, not in market, appointment booked), current vehicle and mileage if mentioned, lease maturity confirmed, new vehicle of interest, any opt-out with its timestamp, and the recording and transcript. Next month your desk can pull a cleaner pull-ahead list from that data.
EBR windows, consent and opt-outs on old auto leads
Old leads and sold customers are treated differently under Do Not Call rules. An established business relationship lasts 18 months after a purchase or transaction but only three months after an inquiry or application. A customer who bought from you fourteen months ago is still inside that window, and an internet lead from four months ago is not. Either way, the EBR does not stand in for the prior express written consent that artificial-voice telemarketing calls need.
Consumers can revoke consent by any reasonable means, including telling the agent on the call, and the revocation must be honored within ten business days at most. Company-specific do-not-call requests carry the same ten-business-day limit. The agent writes each opt-out to the record the moment it is spoken, your compliance team decides which lists are eligible, and every reactivation call is recorded and logged for audit. This is not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
The ones your compliance team clears. Do Not Call rules give an 18-month business relationship after a purchase but only three months after an inquiry, and neither replaces the written consent needed for AI voice telemarketing. The agent only dials contacts whose consent status passes the rules you configure.
It thanks them, asks what they ended up buying if they are willing to say, and closes the lead so no one calls about that purchase again. If they mention a second vehicle in the household, that goes on the record as a separate note for your team.
Yes, as long as your desk exports or flags the owners; the agent then calls them with the offer you approve, such as an early lease return or an upgrade. It never quotes a payment or trade figure, and appointments and outcomes are written back to the DMS or CRM through the integration we build.
It calls about the specific work that was declined, explains why it was recommended in the words your service advisors approve, and books a service appointment if the customer agrees. If the repair is large and the customer mentions replacing the car, the agent flags it for sales.
